Bliss in the form of a cup...and cake

CUPCAKES!!!!!! Mmmmm how can you say no to a little cup filled with yummy sweet spongy goodness with fluffy frosting?? dont even try, because you wont be able to. As soon as the thought "I better not" floats into your mind, the scream "EAT A CUPCAKE NOW!!" will push out all doubt. Just eat one...its little...and portioned...and its CAKE in a CUP- okay, now that that horse has been kicked.


Around thanksgiving I participated in a "swap" with this crafty-fun website(that i send my inchies thru) called "Swap-Bot"- the package theme was "the 5 sences of christmas" to help rev-up for the holiday season- in this AMAZING packeage from my swap-partner, i found these! Possibly the CUTEST and most festive looking cup-cake linners ( possibly one of my most favorite things-they just add so much more"pizzaz" to a simple and perfect food)

Since the cute linners were red-and christmas screams "red-velvet" to me, thats what i decided the linners needed...a little red velvet love. ( i know it shouldnt, but it always shocks me at just how RED it really is)

Mmmmmm cream cheese frosting...these cup cakes kept beggin and pleading for just a little frosting and of course i aim to please

And whats a cupcake with out a few little sprinkles?? ( its like going out to a party with out a necklace, or earings, or mascara...it just shouldnt happen)
